Life is full and busy! Keep these energy balls handy to grab and go. Thank you to my friend, Rob for sharing these great treats after a school PTA meeting one evening. They are well-loved and appreciated. Hope you love them too!
Energy Balls (no bake)

- Dry Items
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts (raw or toasted, chopped small)
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- Liquid items
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
3 Tablespoons brown rice syrup
2 Tablespoons + 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
- Combine the dry ingredients in one large mixing bowl.
- Combine the liquid ingredients in another bowl and mix completely.
- Pour the liquid mixture over dry and mix together.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment paper-lined sheet. *
- Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes. Enjoy! Store the remaining balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator. These freeze well too.

- * We use a small ice cream scooper to help make the energy balls.
