Energy Balls (no bake)

Life is full and busy! Keep these energy balls handy to grab and go. Thank you to my friend, Rob for sharing these great treats after a school PTA meeting one evening. They are well-loved and appreciated. Hope you love them too!

Ingredients

  • Dry Items
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup walnuts (raw or toasted, chopped small)

  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds

  • Liquid items
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

  • 3 Tablespoons brown rice syrup

  • 2 Tablespoons + 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • abundant love

Directions

  • Combine the dry ingredients in one large mixing bowl.
  • Combine the liquid ingredients in another bowl and mix completely.
  • Pour the liquid mixture over dry and mix together.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment paper-lined sheet. *
  • Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes. Enjoy! Store the remaining balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator. These freeze well too.

Notes

  • * We use a small ice cream scooper to help make the energy balls.
